Zainab Ado-Braimah serves as the Country Head for Nigeria at RESILIGENT. An innovative and analytical professional, Zainab brings over 20 years of extensive experience in customer care, relationship management, sales and marketing, and team management. She is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achievement in branding, marketing, and communications, demonstrating success in client interactions and increasing retention levels. Zainab speaks English and Hausa fluently, with a basic knowledge of French.

Throughout her career, Zainab has worked in multinational companies within the telecoms, electronics, and information technology sectors, and now in the professional services space. At the core of her professional ethos is a passion for service delivery, customer support, and relationship management, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for learning.

Zainab holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, which gives her a profound understanding of how communication builds, maintains, and strengthens relationships. As Country Head, Zainab leverages her extensive experience and exceptional interpersonal skills to drive RESILIGENT’s growth and client engagement in Nigeria. She focuses on enhancing customer support, fostering strong client relationships, and leading our marketing and branding initiatives to further elevate RESILIGENT’s presence in the region.
