Her passion for creating meaningful change is evident in her work in the non-profit and public sectors. As a Subject Matter Expert and Equitable Recovery Specialist for Bloomberg LP, advising the Commonwealth of Great Britain and the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Jasmine has been instrumental in reshaping public-private sector partnerships. Her commitment to post-disaster mental health in Puerto Rico earned her public endorsements from President Bill Clinton and Secretary Hillary Clinton in 2019.

With an MSc specialised in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and the University of Oxford and an Executive Coaching Certification from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Jasmine’s academic credentials are impeccable. She is also a Certified Tavistock Institute Coach, specialising in Interpersonal, Inter-group, and Institutional relations coaching. Jasmine currently serves as a Faculty and Inclusive Leadership Coach for the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and as a Management and Authentic Leadership Coach for the Treasure Chest, a coaching community for high-achieving professionals.
